Shipping costs
Postage to Australian addresses is AU$9.00 up to 500g for regular post. We would like to add some shipping fee if the total volume is over 500g.


Delivery timeframes (for Australia only)
Dispatch: 1–3 working days after purchase – all orders
Shipping notifications will be sent by PayPal when the parcel has been dispatched.


International shipping
International shipping will be calculated individually.
From Plum Village is not responsible for border fees, taxes or customs charges. All orders are sent via Australia Post.


Your shipping details
We recommend providing a work or home address where someone will be available to sign for the package between 9am and 5pm weekdays. Or just let us know in your order notes that you give authority for the courier to leave your package at the door.


Authority To Leave
If you have not given authority to leave the parcel, and if you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office/ depot for collection.
Once the parcel has been dispatched we cannot take responsibility for their transit or the action of the courier services.


Delivery Conditions
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived.
Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.
Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances, it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Returns
We at From Plum Village take customer satisfaction very seriously, however we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If there is a proven manufacturer's fault with the product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product in the original packaging for a replacement.
